IET Events for Faculty

The term digital media encompasses any media, such as film or audio, that has been digitized, allowing greater flexibility in capturing it, sharing it, and incorporating it into PowerPoints presentation or any other format.   With the tools currently available to faculty, the process of editing, remixing, and sharing digital media is relatively straightforward.  In this series of workshops, we review the current best tools and practices to employ in working with digital medal.  Joining us in the first session to help navigate the labyrinth of copyrights and “fair use” and how they affect your use of digital media in the classroom will be Lisa Stillwell, Information Literacy Librarian, and Amanda Sollenberger, Coordinator of Audio Visual Resources.

This event is open to F&M faculty only.
