Fundraising for One Goal, South Africa!
Event Occurs:
Tuesday, March 27, 2012-Sunday, March 4, 2012
Restaurant Week is our way of collaborating with restaurants in the Lancaster community and using their resources to help raise awareness. Every Restaurant Week, we contact at least 7 restaurants donates 10-15% of the sales they make off of our customers. Our customers are distinguished by a flyer given to them by F&M. The flyer talks about the cause we are trying to raise awareness about as well as instructions on how to participate.
Last Restaurant Week, in fall 2011 and we made over $600. We were raising money for IWOC and their school in Cambodia. This semester we are raising money for the One Goal Program in South Africa! You can learn more about the One Goal Program here: http://www.the1goal.org/
