Stephanie McNulty is an assistant professor of government at Franklin and Marshall College and the author of the forthcoming "Voice and Vote: Decentralization and Participation in Post-Fujimori Peru" (Stanford University Press).
The International Studies Program and the Joseph International Center sponsor several Global Lunch discussions per semester, featuring an informal talk and q&a on a topic of global significance and a buffet lunch. There is no rsvp, the lunches are first come, first served.
This event is open to F&M students and FPS only.
