Petroleum hydrocarbons in the marine environment have been at the forefront of the news from the Exxon Valdez to the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
Reddy does research in the source, transport and fate of petroleum hydrocarbons in the marine environment. He has also advised the offices of Senator Edward Kennedy (MA), Senator John Kerry (MA), and Representative William Delahunt (MA) on oil spills and nanotechnology legislation (2008).
