New York based Bridgman/Packer Dance creates highly visual and visceral interaction of live performance and video technology that explodes the partnering form into a magically populated stage where image and reality collide.
In their latest work, Voyeur, choreographer/performers Bridgman & Packer push their exploration of live and virtual into new territory choreographically and technologically. With the iconic imagery of the paintings of Edward Hopper as a point of departure, the work looks at the role of the audience as voyeur, witnessing virtual and real fragments of private moments and inner lives.
This event is open to the public.
